This stereotaxic instrument is designed to use adapter block to replace the traditional U-frame assembly, and it holds the mouse or neonatal rat firmly and accurately. Ear bars are made of polyoxymethylene resin and can be fixed using 4 different points with 1mm resolution for scales. 2 reversible mouse ear bars, with atraumatic tips, are sold with this product: 18° and 45°.

This compact instrument provides easy access to the animal and offers an open working area for extra surgical instruments.
